In accordance with the provisions of Addendum, Article XVIII, Section 1 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement [CBA] and in an effort to efficiently monitor the application and scope of work assignments under the terms of the Agreement, when awarded a contract for a commercial type project of 9,000 square feet or more Employers shall complete and furnish this Project Report Form to the Union either by Fax at (702) 452-7284, or fill in the form below and select a Local 88 Business Representativel to electronically submit.
